Abstract

From bioenergetics point of view several variables affect the level of human bioenergy. Human bioenergy is a function of such variables as breathing technique, pollution of environment, eating macrobiotic or organically grown food, emotional and mental balance through physical exercise, meditation. Research of the influence of these variables on human bioenergy will be presented in this paper.
