    ABSTRACT

The experiments aimed at investigating the electron spin resonance (ESR) effect at millimeter wavelengths are described. The measurements have been done with a resonance cell in the form of a high-Q circular-disk dielectric resonator operating at whispering-gallery modes. The Q-factor of the resonator attained at helium temperatures (T = 4.2 K) using a ESR reference mark was Q = 30000 − 38000 .
