The frequency and energetic characteristics of the resonators based on the evanescent waveguides with the dielectric or the metal-dielectric heterogeneities have been investigated. The comparison of the obtained parameters for these resonators has been carried out and the advantages and disadvantages of their in the millimeter wavelength band have been demonstrated.
