    ABSTRACT

The problem of email spam combating is analyzed. A method of globalization of the system for filtration of unsolicited messages at the level of coordination of operation of all internet-service providers in the country is proposed. In existing individual and corporate filtration systems, the quality of filtration is rather low, since filters are trained on a limited number of messages sent only to a specific user or a specific provider. The quality of filtration can be increased by applying complex multilayer and multiagent filtration systems that ensure full-scale participation of users in the process of filtration error identification and correspondent tuning of filters at each layer.
