ABSTRACT
The quality of identification of the technical state of telecommunication network devices substantially depends on the applied control and diagnosis methods. This article analyzes an approach to the building of spatially distributed system of technical control and diagnosis, based on means of artificial Kohonen neuron networks with preliminary clustering of the attribute space and principles of self-organization and recognition of image-states.
