An algorithm for synthesis of matching and filtering devices (MFDs), ensuring the required levels and the specified phases of the reflected signal in the pass and non-pass bands is developed. The algorithm is based on the use of new relations between the elements of the classical transmission matrix for finding the structures of MFD schemes and values of their parameters. Very simple schemes of such devices are synthesized.
