An accuracy of Poisson's equation solution by numerical method for cross-field systems is considered in the paper. A comparison is made between the numerical and analytical results of Poisson's equation solution for some classes of the spatial charge distribution function. Comparative characteristics of Poisson's equation solution by the numerical and analytical methods are given.
