An algorithm for training of multiagent information systems designed for formation of local security threats descriptions for subjects of the Russian Federation (RF) has been developed. A multi-step construction of sharable ontology of a multiagent system on the basis of fuzzy cognitive maps makes the essence of the algorithm. The contents and sequence of performing the algorithm steps are considered.
