    ABSTRACT

Focusing of radiation of an extensive nonstationary source by gravitational field of galaxy with arbitrary mass distribution is considered in the study. It is shown that lens effect results in the complicated deformation of light curves of source images formed by a gravitational lens. Amount of deformations depends both on characteristic parameters of mass distribution inside the lens and on radiation source parameters such as linear dimension of a radiating region and its location with respect to critical curves of the lens, pulse duration. To obtain numerical estimations the model of Q2237+0305 gravitational lens has been examined as an example. The lens consists of a compact massive nucleus and an extensive disc component.
