The dispersion-spectral method is analyzed for identification of single radio impulses. The instantaneous value of the central frequency, the spectrum envelope widths at a certain level and the bandwidth ratio of this envelope are suggested here as descriptive features. The identification algorithm and the apparatus structure for its realization are suggested on the basis of the Bayes criterion.
