Procedures of formation and reception of ensembles of discrete signal under a general name "turbo-codes" that can be used in the future in digital communication systems are described. Results of computer modeling of the reception procedures developed for a number of analyzed turbo-codes are presented. The reception algorithms are based on an algorithm of fast spectral transformation in the Walsh basis.
