Quality of control of the technical state of telecommunication facilities substantially depends on the efficiency of organization and verification of the measuring complex of the automatic test equipment. The article proposes methods allowing the solution of the problem of determination of the suitability of measuring instruments for the targeted use of them on the basis of their experimentally determined metrological characteristics and evaluation of their compliance with the relevant requirements.
