ABSTRACT

The results of analysis of specific features and formalization of activities of information analytical units of the RF subjects' administrations are presented. These results are used to offer a semiotic model for a multi-agent system for formation of the description of local security threats, stipulating organization of its performance based on the theory of intellectual problem solver.
