The method of functional formalization of program systems for protection of automated system information using E-network means is analyzed. Additional information protection functions for the typical certified program information protection system (PIPS) "Kobra" increasing the protection of automated systems (AS) have been suggested. A formalized E-network presentation of the prospective PIPS functional dynamics has been developed.
