    ABSTRACT

    The results of experimental investigations of influence of radio wave propagation conditions upon the atmosphere radio brightness temperature at grazing angles above the sea surface are presented. The parameters of radio brightness temperature elevation profile being well correlated with propagation factor on beyond-the-horizon test path, are determined. The prospects of usage of the radio brightness measurements at grazing angles for radio wave propagation condition estimation is shown.
