    ABSTRACT

We show potential of indirect measurement of disturbing effects, i.e. variations of loading ΔP on a lifting electromagnet and ordinates of path structure ΔZ, increase of dynamic precision and improvement of quality index for transient processes in automatic control systems for magnetic suspension of transport device by means of a differential constraint. Synthesis of differential constraint is realized in accordance with static relative to a ΔP system into the system with astaticism of the I degree (conditions for increase of dynamic precision) and minimization of quadratic integral estimate (conditions for increase of quality index of transient processes caused by variation of ΔP). Insertion of differential constraint synthesized according to conditions of increase of dynamic precision and improvement of quality indexes of transient processes caused by variation of ΔP makes it possible to increase simultaneously dynamic precision and improve quality indexes of transient processes caused by variation of ordinate of path structure ΔZ.
