Technology of Elections to Multiprofile Public Organizations

ABSTRACT
Some deficiencies of the existing system of elections to multiprofile public organizations, which result in impossibility of a conscious and objective choice of candidates, are revealed. A new technology is suggested. It is characterized by application of modern technologies of expert estimates for definition of criteria of candidates’ assessment and their valuability, and computer calculates candidates’ ratings, corresponding to these criteria.
