Efendiev ABSTRACT The initial problem of terminal control with delay and variables, whose velocity is of order of unity and that of small parameter, by virtue of necessary optimality condition is reduced to a perturbed boundary-value problem with deviating arguments. Under conditions (proposals) of the known general solution and conditionally constant (stable) solution of the generating system, we derive asymptotic solution of boundary-value problem with application of the averaging method.
