    ABSTRACT

For the problem of optimal allocation of resource in two-level hierarchical control system of a group of enterprises we consider two techniques for elimination of uncertainty for setting parameters of enterprises, i.e., the method of integral convolution and the guaranteed method (maximization method). We obtained analytical solutions for controlling parameters of center (the first level of hierarchy), which make it possible to analyze strategy of optimal control of the center for integrally-averaged and maximally disadvantageous situations, which are determined by unknown parameters of enterprises.
