The problem of optimization of the technologies of establishing clinical diagnosis (reliable) on the basis of intelligence system of clinical diagnostics arrangement control is considered. This system, combining the ideology of inductive generalization with deductive processing of the priority series of hypotheses, enables to realize the system of purposeful and serial primary data acquisition.
