Cheremnykh ABSTRACT The determination of boundary conditions on a surface of a cylindrical ampoule with crystallized substance that ensure the solid-melt interface to be flat is under investigation in the given work. The law of temperature change on a lateral surface of the ampoule providing the existence of a flat isotherm in Bridgeman setup is offered. It is shown that in case of coefficients of crystal and melt thermal conductivity being strongly different, the flat solid-melt interface can be provided only under special boundary conditions at the end faces of the ampoule.
