Based on the model of an economy with regular interests of consumers, the description of an open economic system with monopolies is investigated. The uniform taxation in the economy is taken into account. The output technologies are considered in case of constant expenditure. For such mathematical model the optimal equilibrium state of the economy is found. The levels of monopoly taxation which realize the optimal equilibrium state in the economy are determined.
