    ABSTRACT

    We discuss the Anokhin−Pareto principle of minimum of energy consumption as the selection criterion of actual motions from the set of admissible ones. The principle was proposed by authors in 1991 as a specific form of the general empirical principle of minimum of energy dissipation.
