Chaykovskiy ABSTRACT For derivation of information model of development of rapid dangerous ecological accident we for the first time suggest an information technology of integration of methodologies of aerospace monitoring and land-based contact measurements by the criterion of minimization of time expenditure T and material resources S for the whole necessary cycle "selection of techniques of additional exploring accident identification liquidation of its consequences". An essential constituent part of this technology is principle of temporal ranking of methodologies by speed of distant probing, first suggested by its authors, which is reduced to forming a scale of speed of receiving information of proper quality by specific distance methodologies with subsequent minimization of material losses and expenditures for neutralization of the ecological accident. Examples of possible use of this technology are presented.
