We consider the problem of determination of quantitative indexes of competence of group members relative to a problem, which is under decision making. The coefficient of similarity of keywords of the subject under discussion with basic keywords is introduced and a method for determination of this coefficient is suggested. The method for calculation of estimate of competence of a group member with respect to a basic keyword is grounded on integration of self-estimate, mutual estimate and estimate on the basis of documental data. We suggest also methods for determination of these components for competence estimate.
