Formal conditions, which enable one to guarantee expert qualification in the course of diagnostics of random states of an object, are studied. It is demonstrated, that for arbitrary confidence probability one can calculate the size of experimental sampling, using which frequencies of experts errors for practical use of the derived conditions should be estimated.
