    ABSTRACT

    It is shown that contradiction between conditions of minimization of root-mean-square error (RMSE) and quadratic integral estimate of transient processes becomes weaker and new potentials of reduction of RMSE appear when we introduce into a tracking system the first derivative of the setting action by the open circuit.
