Kogut ABSTRACT The problem of optimal control with constraints on the state for a quasilinear operator equation of the elliptical type is considered. Behavior of such problem while ε → θ is investigated on the assumption that all the components of its mathematical description depend upon some small parameter ε. The mathematical model of the boundary-value problem of the optimal control is identified and its variational properties are investigated too.
