On a Queueing System with Repetition and Pushing Calls Out

ABSTRACT

We have investigated a queueing system of the type M/G/1 with calls repetition. The new call causes the interruption of current service with the probability unit whereas a repetitive call — with some probability a. An ergodicity condition is specified. We give the algorithm of computing of the ergodic distribution of a random process describing the system.
