    ABSTRACT

The interrelation between some species of blue-green and green algae under conditions of mixed cultivation was investigated. Growth interaction between algae depends on the stage of their development. The species composition and physiological state of algae are responsible for either inhibition or stimulation of the growth and photosynthesis of mixed cultures.
