Fal'fushinskaya ABSTRACT Zn2+, Mn2+, Cu2+, Pb2+(0.1, 0.12, 0.01 and 0,01 mg/L concentrations, respectively) and their mixture acted on the crayfish Astacus leptodactylus for 14 days effected in increased prooxidant processes in the hepatopancreas. An integrative index of the antioxidant-prooxidant state appeared to be a sensitive nonspecific test for the pollution of water with heavy metals.
