Toxicity of herbicides Fakel, Glyphos, Roundup, Sangle, Corphosate, VulkanVulkan (all based on the 48% isopropilamine salt of glyphosate as the active ingredient) was investigated in acute experiments. It has been shown that LC₅₀ (120 hours) of the herbicides listed above, except Vulkan, for D. magna are within the range of 1.75−6.75 mg/dm³, and LC₁₀₀ (120 hours) for C affinis was 2.13−5.25 mg/dm³. The 120-hour LC₅₀ of Vulkan for D. magna and were 82.5 mg/dm³ and 49.91 mg/dm³, respectively.
