The peculiarities of accumulation of the ions of heavy metals, including Cd, Zn, Cu, Pb, and Zn, in the organism of Bivalvia were determined. The distribution of these elements over the tissues and organs of mollusks was studied. Concentration factors, and also the coefficients of bottom biological accumulation, were calculated. The obtained results were processed using the correlation analysis.
