ABSTRACT

Species composition and quantitative indices of development of benthic ciliates of some reservoirs of the Dnieper river were studied. Seasonal dynamics of their numbers and biomass, as well as peculiarities of the distribution of benthic ciliates over different biotopes (habitats), were investigated.
