    ABSTRACT

    Heat transfer in a high-velocity underexpanded turbulent two-phase jet was studied on the basis of numerical modeling and the distributions of basic gasdynamic and thermal parameters, viz., velocity, temperature and concentration of the gas mixture components in the jet were determined. The process of afterburning of a high-velocity jet in atmosphere was investigated. The impact of the concentration of Al2O3 particles in the jet on its thermal gasdynamic parameters is analyzed.
