ABSTRACT

Results of experimental studies of thermal effects in realization of discrete-pulse transformation of energy in two- component disperse system are presented. An experimental setup is described and the results of estimation of the effects of sterilization and pasterization of liquid systems of the type of the water-fat emulsions are presented. The obtained experimental results confirm high efficiency of the principle of discrete-pulse transformation of energy for the processes of vapor sterilization and pasterization.
