Zhitenev ABSTRACT An approximate solution of the problem of heat and mass transfer on a permeable wall with discontinuous boundary conditions for a nongradient flow is considered. An expression is given for the function of concentration for the case of uniform continuous injection through a longitudinal permeable inset. Moreover, a particular solution is obtained for the energy equation for a laminar boundary layer on the plate with a thermally insulated starting length.
