Valatkevicius ABSTRACT The article presents experimental results and their explanation when the combustion products, which contain CO, flow through the catalytic monolithic reactor manufactured by employing plasma spray technology deposited catalytic coatings which contain metal substrate and CuO as the main active material. The influence of the inflowing exhaust gas flow rate and temperature, pollutant feed concentration and conversion process duration on CO catalytic conversion were analysed. It was determined that CO conversion, depending on the change of the above-mentioned factors, varied in agreement with mass transfer and catalytic reactions kinetics theories. While comparing the obtained results with results reported by other authors, very similar peculiarities of pollutant conversion variation were observed.
