This paper presents an experimental test facility for investigation of the condensation influence on two-phase flow, the preliminary test program and methodics of the experiments. The first tests allowed improving the methodics of the experiments; they showed that the test facility provides the visual observation and recording of the two-phase stratified flow and that the inter-phase velocity required for flow regime transition could be achieved. Preliminary results on the dependency of the variable flow rate of air and water on the intensity of waviness are corroborated by the data of other authors about the transition from a stratified to a wavy flow regime. This will allow comparing future experimental results with the data of other authors.
