    ABSTRACT

The article deals with the numerical and analytical solution of the problem of vertical concentrated force action on an elastic nonhomogeneous base whose deformation modulus increases with depth according to the hyperbolic-power law. By the example of solving the contact problem for a circular punch, the principal regularities have been found for the influence of deformation nonhomogeneity on the interaction of soil bases and rigid foundations.
