The growth, photosynthetic activity, and mobility of the green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii Dang. were studied under the effect of K₂Cr₂O₇. The algal cells were established as sensitive to the effect of K₂Cr₂O₇ even at low concentrations. The level of lethal and sub-lethal concentrations of K₂Cr₂O₇ for cells was determined.
