Interesting records of centric diatoms in reservoirs of the Malozemelskaya Tundra (Russia)

ABSTRACT

This research deals with the results of the SEM study of Centrophyceae of some water bodies of the Malozemelskaya Tundra. Seventeen species and two genera (Orthoseira and Thalassiosira) are new for lakes of the region. Cyclotella delicatula Hustedt is new record for Russia.
