    ABSTRACT

Morphological parameters and fine structures studied of the species Aulacoseira granulate (Ehr.) Sim., A. ambigua (Grun.) Sim., A. subarctica (O. Müll.) Haworth and A. islandica (O. Müll.) Sim. from the summer phytoplankton of the Ob' River have been studied. Curved form was recorded only for the species A. ambigua, which did not differ from the typical one by its fine structure. The species A. islandica in the Ob' River differs from the representatives of water bodies of Northern America, Europe, and Lake Baikal by number, position, and shape of rimoportulae. A. islandica is similar with the Far East population and A. pseudoislandica from Kamchatka Pleistocene deposits.
