Resumo
The experimental studies on the plasma pyrolysis of model substances (1,2-dichloroethane and trichloroethene) were realized in a thermal argon/hydrogen plasma generated by a 3,5 kW plasma jet device. The distribution of the substances formed in the plasma jet was investigated by small cooled probes. The time depending spatial distributions were
determined at temperatures of T=3500−3800 K, reaction times t=0.1−0.5 ms and initial concentrations of chlorinated hydrocarbons and hydrogen of 1.6 mol-% and 10 mol-% respectively.
