This movie demonstrates numerical simulation of the behavior of multiple small drops of the same size in cylindrical channel (the ratio of droplet radius and radius of the widest channel part is a / R2 = 0.035). Each drop is discretized by a triangular mesh with 162 vertices while the channel surface contains approximately 40,000 triangular elements.
