This movie shows recording of a flutter phenomenon received on a dynamically similar model of aircraft half-wing in a clean stream of certified wind tunnel in Novosibirsk Aviation Technical College. The critical velocity of flexural–torsional flutter of cantilever as 25 m/s at a frequency of 4 Hz.
