Analysis Of Influence Of Leading Away The Heat From The Prosthetic Appliances Upon The Feeling Of Their Users

This paper analyzes the matter of transfer of the heat through characteristic parts of the prosthetic appliance and positive consequences emerging from it in respect of increase of success in restitution of the occurrence deficit and provision of feeling of maximum comfort when using the prosthesis. The problem considered in the paper undoubtedly is interesting for users of prostheses, and especially for manufacturers of orthopedic appliances, since it considers modes how to provide the feeling of maximum comfort of amputated patients, when using the prostheses, from the point of provision of equalized heat processes in the prosthesis bearing. The carried out analysis has been verified among patients of younger age from the areas with war actions, with multi - fragmentary injuries, including psychological factors, which are in this case very important, and who were treated in the Institute for Orthopedic Prosthetics in Belgrade.
