EFFICIENCY OF STEAM SUPERHEATERS IN POWER BOILERS

In the paper the influence of heat carriers qualities and surface structure on the effectiveness of heat exchange in steam super heaters of supercritical steam pressure boilers is discussed. It is determined, that heat throughput parameter of steam, depending on temperature, makes a complex function, and lines in the diagram (Fig. 1) are located lower than for gas. It is possible to reduce heat unevenness and deformations by finning inner and outer sides of tubes. Effectiveness of finning of tubes is assessed.
