Abstrakt
The paper presents an analytical calculation methodology of bundle spacer grids (SG) resistance. In the computer code DIR this methodology was realized. Program DIR is the further development of the Swiss program SPATES [1], which realizes a technique of subchannel method of spacer grid resistance coefficient calculation. Serviceability of a calculation methodology has been validated with experimental data, which have been obtained from the experiments with bundle models in longitudinal flow.
