Abstract

Using the waste heat of hot stoves to preheat the combustion-supporting air is an important way to raise the hot blast temperature. The high temperature of preheated air, however, will worsen the operating conditions of the ceramic burner and is liable to cause fluctuating combustion. On the thermal test model the different burning capacities and different preheated air temperatures have been studied.
